Service Description
We provide consultation and space planning services across three main packages:
- VISIONAIR: Includes concept floor plan, design direction, budget overview, and estimated timeline for the entire project.
- DESIGNER: Builds on VISIONAIR with a finalized floor plan, detailed room concepts with 3D drawings, preliminary cost breakdown, and projected timeline.
- PLANER: Expands on DESIGNER with furniture selection, custom element planning, external partner selection, final execution costs, and final execution timeline.
Our specialization caters to office interiors for companies up to 500 m², with customized offers available for different needs or sizes.
Scope of Work
Depending on the type of support you’re seeking, we can assist you with space analysis, strategy planning, floor planning, mood boards, 3D designs, furniture selection, custom furniture drawings, and collaboration with external partners to define final execution costs and timelines. As an add-on service, we also offer on-site presence to ensure everything is carried out according to plan.
Content by package:
- VISIONAIR: Establishes a clear strategic direction by aligning space needs with business goals, exploring layout options, and identifying priorities to ensure your project starts with focus and clarity.
- DESIGNER: Refines and develops your vision into a tangible, well-defined design, combining spatial logic, aesthetics, and budget insight to prepare for the next phase.
- PLANER: Bridges design and execution by finalizing specifications, selecting partners, and setting clear costs and timelines, ensuring your project is ready to move seamlessly into implementation.
